T o adjust the seat, pull out the Seat R ail Knob, then slide the seat to one of the three lock ing holes on the Seat Rail.

The program is a prov en method for ac hieving maximal fat lo ss over a six -week period. It con sists of a carboh ydrate-rich, descend ing- calorie eating plan, and a superhyd ration routine .
