Preface The Type N Variety Cutter is designed to cut cake donut products and deposit them in a variety of smaller fryers. It is designed to be mounted on a wall or on a fryer mount.
Installation 1 This machine is designed to be used on either a wall mount or a fryer mount. This should be specified when the machine is ordered from the factory.
