2-2 2.2 Caster/Leg Installation Depending upon the specific configuration ordered, your unit might have been shipped without in- stalled casters or legs. If casters or legs are in stalled, you may skip this section and proceed to Sec- tion 2.3, Pre-Connection Preparations.

3-2 3.1.2 Operating Instructions CAUTION If this is the first time the unit is being used after installation, refer to Section 3.4 , Boil Out Procedure. Before turning the cooker on, ensure that: • The unit is connected to the water supply. • The water supply is turned on.
