17 Mo del 5454 Op erati ng Pro ced ures Section 6 Operating Procedures The M odel 5454 has a 15 gallon ( 56.9 liter) s torage container and a 7 quart (6.6 liter ) freezing c ylinder . The mix is pumped up to t he f reezing c ylinder by a coaxial air/ mix pump loc ated in t he fr ont, lower m ix cabinet.

Allow the air pr essure t o dissipat e fr om t he syrup t anks . Disconnect the syrup lines. Ca ution: Make sure you dis engage t he air line befor e you disengage t he syr up line.
