MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE Star Trac strongly recommends performing regular preventive maintenance on your ST AR TRAC INSTINCT OL YMPIC BENCH . Without regularly scheduled maintenance, normal wear and tear may cause cumulative effects , suc h as misalignment or premature wear , resulting in downtime .
3. Assemble the Bench Align the two drilled holes in the crossbeam (3) with the mating holes in the right side frame (1). Secure the crossbeam to the frame using two screws (15), washers (17) and lock nuts (16). Tighten the nuts securely . Align the two drilled holes in the crossbeam (3) with the mating holes in the left side frame (2).
6. Assemble the Bench Align the two drilled holes in the footrest sup- port (7) with the mating holes in the right side frame (1). Secure the support to the frame using two screws (28), washers (34) and lock nuts (32). Tighten the nuts securely . Align the two drilled holes in the crossbeam (3) with the mating holes in the right side frame (1).
■ Remove the packing materials , foam inserts, and ALL parts from each shipping carton. Keep the contents of each carton in a separate area to facilitate assembly . T o ensure personal safety during assembly , place all packing materials outside the assembly area.
