ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS Pla ce the front end of the RIGHT PEDAL ARM(5) on the ROLLER(60). Connect the ba ck end of the RIGHT PEDAL ARM(5) to the RIGHT CRAN K(42) by threading the RIGHT PEDAL SHAFT(46) into the RIGHT CRAN K(42) a nd tighten securely . Repe at on the left side.
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 9 STEP 9: There is a "L" decal on the LEFT HANDLEBAR(7), a nd a "R" decal on the RIGHT HANDLEBAR(8). T o a ssemble the RIGHT HANDLEBAR(8), pla ce a SP ACER(56) a nd a LARGE W ASHER(M16)(57) onto the right side of the SHAFT on the UPRIGHT(6).

SET UP INSTRUCTIONS 11 Pla ce the CT2.0 CROSS TRAINER in the area where it will be used. It is recommended that the CT2.0 CROSS TRAINER be pla ced on a n equipment mat. The maxi mum operation di mensions of the CT2.0 CROSS TRAINER are a pproxi mately 41 1/2" long x 21 1/4" wide x 57 3/4" tall.
USING THE METER Open the Battery Door on the ba ck of the meter . The meter operates with two AA batteries, two batteries included. Refer to the illustration to install or repla ce the batterie s . 1. 2. Do not mix a new battery with a n old battery .

15 CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise progra m depends on your physical condition. If you have been in a ctive for several years or are severely overwe ight, start slowly a nd increa se your workout time gradually . Increa se your workout intensity gra dually , too, by monitoring your heart rate while you exercise.
16 W ARM-UP a nd COOL-DOW N W arm-up The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body for exercise a nd to mini mize injuries. Warm up for two to f ive minute s before strength-training or a erobic exercising. Perform a ctivities that raise your heart rate a nd warm the working muscles.
