XT385/X T485 9 STEP 1 1. T ake the Left and Right up right tube s (part numbers 4 & 5) and s lip the upright c overs (63 left, 64 right) on to the tubes (observe the cover orien tation is correct). Connect the Mid dle Console Cable (50) that exits from the bottom of the right upright tube with the lower Console Cable (49 ).
XT385/X T485 10 3. Install the 6 speed nuts (131) onto the tabs on the frame. 4. Install and fasten in place the two up right covers (63,64) with th e six 5mm X 16mm self tapping screws (120).

XT385/X T485 15 Getting started: Power the t readmill on by plugging it into an approp riate wall outlet, then turn on the power switch located at the front of the t readmill below the moto r hood. Ensure that the safe ty key is installed, as the treadmill will not power on without it.
XT385/X T485 16 Incline Feature: Incline ma y be adjusted anytime after belt movement. Press and hold the Adjust ▲ ▼ keys (console or hand rail) to a chieve desired level of effort. You may also choose a more rapid increase / decrea se by selecting de sired key, 2 through 12, on left hand side of cons ole (incline).

The HR2 p rogram button also doub les as the Auto-P ilot button. During any program the user may press the Auto -Pilot button to enter th e HRC program.

XT385/X T485 22 Heart rate Auto-Pilot feature This unique feature allows the user t o instantly enter the Heart Rate Control mode at any time with the press of a button. The HR2 program button also doubles as the Auto-Pilot butto n. During any program the user may press the Auto-Pilot button to enter the HRC program.
