18 9.35HR T READMILL A SSE MBLY STEP 1 : UN PACKING AND INVENTORY (A)Remove your treadmi ll from the carton and place it on the floor in an open area. (B)Remove the treadmill and all the components and hardware from the box.

20 9.35HR T READMILL A SSEM BLY STEP 3 : ASSEMBLE THE SIDE HANDLEBARS NOTE: SIDE R A ILS ARE INTERCHANGEABLE FO R USE IN BOTH RIGHT A ND LEFT SIDES. MA KE SURE A LL WIRES RECESSE D INTO THE FRAME. DO NOT TRAP OR PINCH. (A) Connect the Left Motion Contr ol lower wire to the middle wire (207 to 309).
www .smoothfitness.com 21 ASSEMBLY STEP 4 : ASSEMBLE FRONT H ANDLEBAR (A) Place the front handlebar (203) on top of the l eft and right uprights (301). (B) Now secure the front handl eba r with four M8x50mm bolts (805). (C) Tighten all handlebar hardwar e (be sure not to pinch wires).
22 9.35HR T READMILL A SSEM BLY STEP 5 : ATTACHING THE UPRI GHT COVER AND CONNECT COMPUTER CA BLE NOTE: BE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE T HE WIRES WHEN SECURING THE UPRIGHT COVERS. (A) Attach the Upright Cover – LR (304) to the Left upright (301), and secure using the two 4x15mm S crews (807).
