5 FIGURE 2 STEP 2: • SECUREL Y assemble the UPRIGHT (1) to the LOW PULLEY HOUSING (8) using two 1/2 X 3” BOL TS (24), two 1/2” W ASH- ERS (25), and one 1/2” LOCK NUTS (26).
6 STEP 4: FIGURE 4 • CAREFULL Y slide the CARRIAGE (7) over the UPRIGHT (1) as shown in FIGURE 4. 7 1 FIGURE 3 STEP 3: • Apply eight 1” SQ. GLIDES (31) to the inside of the CARRIAGE (7) as shown in FIGURE 3. • Attach one 1-1/4” SQ. RUBBER BUMPER (30) to the bottom of the CARRIAGE (7) as shown in FIGURE 3.

8 • SECUREL Y assemble three 3-1/2” PULLEYS (10) to the TOP BOOM (2) using three 3/8 X 2-3/4” BOL TS (17), six 3/8” FLANGE SP ACERS (22), and three 3/8” LOCK NUTS (21). See FIGURE 5. (NOTE: BEFORE TIGHTENING , MAKE SURE CABLE (1 1) IS IN THE GROOVES OF THE PULLEYS.
9 0 1 2 34 5 6 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 STEP 6: FIGURE 6 • SECUREL Y assemble the TOP BOOM (2) to the UPRIGHT (1) using one 1/2 X 2-3/4” BOL T (23), one 1/2 X 3” BOL T (24), two 1/2” W ASHERS (25), and one 1/2” LOCK NUT (26).
10 STEP 7: FIGURE 7 • Loop the LA T CABLE (1 1) around one 3-1/2” PULLEY (10) as shown in FIGURE 7. • LOOSEL Y assemble the 3-1/2” PULLEY (11) to the1-3/4 X 5-1/4” PLA TES (14) using one 3/8 X 2” BOL T (16) and one 3/8” LOCK NUT (21). See FIGURE 7.
STEP 8: FIGURE 8 • Attach the LA T CABLE (1 1) to the CARRIAGE (7) using one 1/4” QUICK LINK (34) as shown in FIGURE 8. (IMPORT ANT! Securely tighten QUICK LINK.
12 STEP 10: FIGURE 10 • Loop the LOW ROW CABLE (12) around one 3-1/2” PULLEY (10) as shown in FIGURE 10. • LOOSEL Y assemble the 3-1/2” PULLEY (10) to the 1-3/4 X 5-1/4” PLA TES (14) using one 3/8 X 2” BOL T (16) and one 3/8” LOCK NUT (21).
STEP 12: FIGURE 12 • Attach the LA T BAR (4) to the ball end of the LA T CABLE (1 1) using one SNAP LINK (33) as shown in FIGURE 12.. 4 11 33 • Slide two 1 X 8” GRIPS (15) over the ends of the LA T BAR (4) as shown in FIGURE 12.
FIGURE 15 STEP 15: • When performing the LA T PULL exercise, insert the KNEE SUPPOR T (6) into the hole of the SAFETY RAIL as shown in FIGURE 15 and simply lower the SAFETY RAIL down until roller pads contact knees.
