BEFORE Y OU ST ART Prior to assemby , remove component s from the box and verify that all the listed parts were supplied. Before using this unit or starting any exercise program, consult your physician. This is especially important for persons over the age of 35 and/or persons with pre-existing health problems.
ASSEMBL Y NOTE: Hand tighten bolt s and nylon nut s until machine is fully assembled. STEP 1 Connect Main Frame (1) to U Front Base (2) with Bolts (16), W ashers (13) and Nylon Lock Nut s (14). Connect Main Frame (1) to Rear Base (3) with Bolts (15), W ashers (13) and Nylon Lock Nut s (14).
ASSEMBL Y NOTE: Hand tighten bolt s and nylon nut s until machine is fully assembled. STEP 2 STEP 3 STEP 4 Connect Seat Pad (9) to Seat Support Frame (4) using Bolts (17) and W ashers (18). Slide Pin (10) down into Main Frame (1) and secure with W asher (13) and Nylon Lock Nut (14).
ASSEMBL Y NOTE: Hand tighten bolt s and nylon nut s until machine is fully assembled. STEP 5 STEP 6 STEP 7 Connect Back Pad (8) to Back Pad Support Frame (5) using Bolts (17) and W ashers (18). Connect Back Pad Support Frame (5) to Main Frame (1) using Bolt (12), W ashers (13 ) and Nylon Lock Nut (14).
