4 Prior to assembly , remove components from the box and v erify that all the listed parts were supplied. Before using this unit or starting any exercise progr am, consult your physician. This is especially important for persons over the age of 35 and/or persons with pre- existing health problems.

6 NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. Assembly STEP 1 Connect Right Front Support (8) to Base Frame (3) using Bolts (15) and W ashers (16). Make sure that the printed numbers on the Front Supports (8) are facing inward for proper viewing.
STEP 2 Secure Right R ear Support (1) to Base Fr ame (3) with Bolts (10), W ashers (11) and Nylon Lock Nuts (12). Secure Right R ear Support to Right Front Support with Bolt (15) and W asher (16). R epeat using Left R ear Support (2), Left Front Support (8) and Base Frame (3).
STEP 3 Connect Lower Cross Frame (4) and Upper Cross Fr ame (5) to Left and Right R ear Supports from using Bolts (13), W ashers (11) and Nylon Lock Nuts (12). NOTE: T WO PEO - PLE WILL BE NEEDED TO SAFELY COMPLETE THIS STEP . 8 NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled.
STEP 4 Connect Gun R acks (9) to the outside of both Front Supports (8) using Bolts (14), W ashers (16) and Nylon Lock Nuts (17). Connect W eight Holders (20) to Left and Right R ear Supports (1,2) with Bolts (15) and W ashers (16). 9 NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled.
