Assembl y 5 INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBL Y Unpack the box in a clear area. Check to make sure all components are present and in good condition. Do not dispose of the packing material until the assembly is completed. T ools have been provided for you to use when assembling this product.
Assembl y 6 S tep 1 (Figure 1) Attach Rear Stabilizer (D1) to Main Frame (A1) using two Flat W ashers (C9), two Spring W ashers (C10), and two Hex Nuts (C1 1). S tep 2 (Figure 2) Attach Front Stabilizer (C1) to Main Frame (A1) using two Flat W ashers (C9), two Spring W ashers (C10), and two Hex Nuts (C11).
Assembl y 7 S tep 3 (Figure 3) A) Connect Upper W ire Harness (H8) to Lower W ire Harness (A39). Note: Upper W ire Harness will be located inside the Console T ube (H1). B) Slide Console T ube (H1) into Main Frame (A1) and secure using four Flat Allen Head Bolts (H7).
Assembl y 8 S tep 5 (Figure 5) Attach Seat Pad (E1) to Seat Post (E2). S tep 6 (Figure 6) Slide Seat Post (E2) into Main Frame (A1) and secure using Locking Pop Pin Knob (E4).
Assembl y 9 S tep 7 (Figure 7) A) Thread Right Pedal (A14) into the right crank on Main Frame (A1) by turning the threads Clock-W ise . Note: The Right Pedal is Marked with an R .. B) Thread Left Pedal (A14) into the left crank on Main Frame (A1) by turning the threads Counter Clock-W ise .
Console Pr ofiles 10 The Alliance A7r has an internal generator that provides electrical power to console display . Y ou never need batteries or have to plug it in. Just simply pedal over 25 RPM to activate the console. There are 3 options for accessing programs: 1.
Console Buttons 11 QUICK ST AR T : Press this button to enter MANUAL program. A T TEST : Press this button to enter A T TEST mode. RESET : Clears current setup variables and goes back to the beginning of setup mode. P AUSE / RESUME: Save and readout the data of current workout situation.

Then, release the pop pin knob to the pre-set position hole. It is important to ensure that the pop pin knob is locked in one of the pre-set position holes on the seat post.
