Assembl y 5 INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBL Y Unpack the box in a clear area. Check to make sure all components are present and in good condition. Do not dispose of the packing material until the assembly is completed. T ools have been provided for you to use when assembling this product.
Assembl y 6 S tep 1 (Figure 1) Attach Rear Stabilizer (D1) to Main Frame (A1) using two Flat W ashers (C9), two Spring W ashers (C10), and two Hex Nuts (C1 1). S tep 2 (Figure 2) Attach Front Stabilizer (C1) to Main Frame (A1) using two Flat W ashers (C9), two Spring W ashers (C10), and two Hex Nuts (C11).
Assembl y 7 S tep 3 (Figure 3) A) Connect Upper W ire Harness and Heart Rate W ire (H9 & H10) to Lower W ire Harness and Heart Rate W ire (A34 & J13). Note: Upper W ire Harness and Sensor W ire will already be inside the Console T ube (H1). B) Slide Console T ube (H1) into Main Frame and secure using four Flat Allen Head Bolts (H8).
Assembl y 8 S tep 5 (Figure 5) A) Connect Lower Heart Rate W ire (J13) to Handlebar Heart Rate W ire (K8). B) Secure Pulse Handlebar (K6) to Seat Shuttle (K1) using two Flat W ashers (K4), two Spring W ashers (K3), and two Allen Bolts (K7).
Assembl y 9 S tep 7 (Figure 7) Attach Seat Pad (K14) to Seat Shuttle (K1) using four Flat W ashers (K4), four Spring W ashers (K3), and four Oval Head Allen Bolts (K2). S tep 8 (Figure 8) Attach Seat Back Pad (K15) to Seat Back Post (K5) using four Flat W ashers (K4), four Spring W ashers (K3), and four Oval Head Allen Bolts (K2).
Assembl y 10 S tep 9 (Figure 9) Secure Seat Back Cover (K16) to Seat Back Pad (K15) using three Round Head Screws (K17). S tep 10 (Figure 10) Attach W ater Bottle Holder (H4) to Console T ube (H1) and secure using two Round Head Screws (H5).

Console Pr ofiles 12 The Alliance A7r has an internal generator that provides electrical power to console display . Y ou never need batteries or have to plug it in. Just simply pedal over 25 RPM to activate the console. There are 3 options for accessing programs: 1.
Console Buttons 13 QUICK ST AR T : Press this button to enter MANUAL program. A T TEST : Press this button to enter A T TEST mode. RESET : Clears current setup variables and goes back to the beginning of setup mode. P AUSE / RESUME: Save and readout the data of current workout situation.
Pr ogr am Oper a tion 14 Monitoring Heart Rate: Heart Rate Handgrips: Place you palms onto the metal sensor plates, after few second your heart rate should be displayed in the window . Heart Rate T ransmitter S trap: Adjust the strap to proper length.
