Assembl y 5 INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBL Y : Unpack the box in a clear area. Check to make sure all components are present and in good condition. Do not dispose of the packing material until the assembly is completed. T ools have been provided for you to use when assembling this product.

Step 2: Slide Lower Sleeve Assembly onto the two Studs. Connect Lower Sleeve Assembly with two Bolts (6), W ashers (72) and Cap Nuts (73).
