A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Left & Right U pright Beams ( #1 & #2) by a Cross Brace ( #4) in the mid- span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the M ain Seat Support (#3) to the Leg Dev eloper Holder (#9). Secur e it with tw o M10 x 2 3/8” Carri age Bolts ( #35), one 2 ¾” x 3” Bent Bracket (#15), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#42), and tw o M10 Aircraft Nuts (#45) v ertically .
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Backrest Incline Suppor t (#10) in betw een the two side-holes on the Backrest Supports (#12) . Attach the Backrest Supports to the piv ot on the Main Seat Support (#3). Secur e it w ith one M12 x 6 ¾” Hex Bolt ( #40), tw o ∅ 1” W ashers (#41), and one M12 Airc raft Nut (#44).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#8) to the Leg Dev eloper Holder (#9). Secur e it w ith an Axle ( #23), tw o M10 x 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #37), and two Ø ¾” W ashers (#42). B.) Inser t one Foam Tube (#16) halfw ay thr ough the hole on the Leg Dev eloper Hol der.
