A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Left & Right U pright Beams ( #1 & 2) by a Cross Brace ( #3) in the mid- span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach M ain Seat Support (#4) to the Cross Brace ( #3). Secure it w ith a 4 3/8” x 1 ¾” Bracket (#19), tw o M10 x 2 ¾” C arriag e Bolts (#37), two ∅ ¾” W ashers (#26), and two M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#47). B.) Attach the Leg Developer Holder (#5) to the Front Stabilizer (#6).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Backrest Incli ne Support (#21) i n between the tw o Backrest Supports (#13). Attach the lower side-holes on the Backr est Supports to the piv o t on the Main Seat Support (#4). B.) Place the Backrest Boar d (#16) onto the Backr est Supports.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#11) to the Leg Dev eloper Holder. Secure it w ith one M10 x 2 7/8” Al len Bolt (#40) , two Ø ¾” W ashers (#26), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#47). B.) Inser t one Foam Tube (#14) halfw ay thr ough the hole on the Leg Dev eloper Hol der.
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Inser t a M12 x 5 ½” Hex Bolt (#39) through the R ight Butterfly (#10) . Secure the Bolt with a M 12 Regular Nut (#53) . Insert the Bolt throug h the hole on the Right Upri ght Beam and secure it w ith a M12 Knob (#45). B.
