A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Left & Right U pright Beams ( #1 & 2) by a Cross Brace ( #8) in the mid- span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Leg Developer Holder (#4) to the Front Stabilizer (#3). Secure it w ith two M10 x ¾ ” Allen Bol ts (#45) and Ø ¾ ” W ashers (#49).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Leg D eveloper (#6) to the Leg Dev eloper Hol der (#4). Secur e it w ith one M10 x 2 7/8” Allen Bol t (#44), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#49), and one M10 Ai rcraft Nut (#48) . B.) Insert tw o Foam Roll Tubes (#16) halfway through the holes on the Leg Dev eloper (#6).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the si de-holes on the Backrest Suppor ts (#15) to the piv ot on the Main Seat Support (#5). Pl ace the other end of Backrest Supports rest ag ainst the Backrest Adjustment Bar. B.) Attach the Backr est Board (#18) to the Backr est Supports.
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the C able (#20) to the open sl ot on the top of the Lat Bar Frame (#7). Attach a Pulley (#35) to the Cabl e. Secure the Pulley to the open slot with one M10 x 2 1/8” Allen Bolt ( #43), tw o Pulley Bushings (#21), and one M10 Ai rcraft Nut ( #48).
