A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required to A ssemble the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine to be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Rig ht and Left Upright Beams ( #1) & (#2) by a Cr oss Brace (#4) i n the mid- span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Sl ide the Slidi ng Block (#7) onto the Main Seat Support ( #6). Secure it with a ∅ 3/8” Lock Knob (#50) to a selected hol e on the Main Seat Support.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#15) to the bracket on the Leg Dev eloper Holder (#16) . Secure it w ith an Axl e (#24), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#44), and tw o M10 x 5/8” Allen Bolt s (#38). B.) Inser t one Foam Roll Tube (#21) halfway through the holes on the Leg D eveloper Holder (#16).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Place the Headrest Boar d (#17) onto the Headr est Bracket (#12). Secur e it w ith tw o M8 x ¾” Allen Bolts (#43) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#46). B.) Place the Backrest Board ( #18) onto the Backrest Supports ( #5). Secure it w ith four M6 x 1 3/8” H ex Bolt s (#39) and ∅ ½” W ashers (#45).
