SQUA T/LA T PULL MA CHINE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach an Upright Beam (#4) to the Rig ht Stabilizer (#1) and the Right Support (#5). Secure the Upright Beam to the Right Stabilizer w ith two M10 x 2 3/8” Carriag e Bolts (#56), one 7” x 3 1/8” Br acket (#26), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers ( #67), and tw o M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#69).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Rear Stabiliz er (#21) and the Chromed Foot Support (#25) to the Cross Brace (#3). Secur e them wi th two M10 x 3 ½” Carriag e Bolts (#54), Ø ¾” W ashers (#67) and M10 Ai rcraft Nuts (#69) . B.) Attach the Support Bracket (#14) to the Rear Stabiliz er.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Lat Bar Frame Bracket ( #20) to the top of the Rear Verti cal Frame (#7) . Secure it with tw o M10 x 5/8” All en Bolts (#64) and Ø ¾ ” W ashers (#67). B.) Attach the Left & Right Lat Bar Fr ames (#10 & 9) to the Lat Bar Fr ame Bracket (#20).

STEP 5 (See Diagram 5 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 330” Upper C able (#51) to the sw ivel pull ey pre- installed i n the front of the Right Lat Bar Frame (#9). Install a Ball Stopper (#46) onto the end of the Cable. Attach the U- shaped Connector (#28) to the end of the Cable.

STEP 6 (See Diagram 6 & Cable Loop) A.) Attach the Ball end of the 185” Low er Cable ( #52) to a Pull ey (#36) . B.) Attach the Pulley to the open bracket on the Cross Br ace (#3). Secure i t wi th one M10 x 1 ¾ ” Allen Bolt (#61), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers ( #67), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#69).

STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach four Bushi ngs (#26) to a Seat Support Frame (#6) . B.) Attach a Backr est Support (#7) to the rear of the Seat Support Frame (#6) . Alig n the holes and secure them w ith one M10 x 1 ¾” Al len Bolt (#36) and ∅ ¾” W asher (#41).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Place the Backrest Boar d (#14) onto the Backrest Supports (#7). Secure i t with four M 8 x 2” Al len Bolts ( #39) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#42). B.) Place the Seat Pad ( #13) onto the Seat Support Frames ( #6). Secure it with four M 8 x 2” Al len Bolts (#39) and Ø 5/8” W ashers (#42).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Leg Dev eloper (#5) to the open bracket on the Mai n Frame (#1). Secur e it with an Ax le (#17), two M 10 x ¾ ” Allen Bol ts (#35), and tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#41). B.) Insert one Foam Tube (#10) hal fway through the hol e on the Main Frame.
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Ar m Curl Pad ( #15) to the Arm C url Stand (#4) . Secure it w ith two M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #40) and tw o ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#42). Insert the Arm Cur l Stand into the front opening on the M ain Frame (#1) .
