A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Attach the Main Fram e (#1) to the Front & Rear Stabilizers (#2 & 3).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach f our Bushings ( #27) to a Seat Support Fr ame (#6). B.) Attach a Backrest Support (#7) to the rear of the Seat Support Fr ame (#6). Ali gn the holes and secure them w ith one M10 x 1 ¾” Al len Bolt (#37) and ∅ ¾” W asher (#42).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Place the Backrest Board (#14) onto the Backrest Suppor ts (#7). Secure i t wi th four M8 x 2” Al len Bolts ( #40) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#43). B.) Place the Seat Pad (#13) onto the Seat Support Frames (#6) . Secure it w ith four M8 x 2” Allen Bol ts (#40) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#43).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Leg Dev eloper (#5) to the open bracket on the Mai n Frame (#1). Secur e it with an Ax le (#17), two M 10 x ¾ ” Allen Bol ts (#36), and tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#42). B.) Insert one Foam Tube (#10) hal fway through the hol e on the Main Frame.
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Arm Curl Pad (#15) to the Ar m Curl Stand ( #4). Secure it with tw o M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #41) and tw o ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#43). Insert the Arm Cur l Stand into the front opening on the M ain Frame (#1) . Use the Lock Knob to hold the desir ed Arm Curl height.
STEP 6 (See Diagram 6) A.) Attach an Upright Beam (#49) to a Floor Stabilizer (#47). Secure it w ith tw o M10 x 2 3/4” Carri age Bolts ( #81), ∅ ¾” W ashers (#42), and M10 Ai rcraft Nuts (#44). D o not tighten the nuts and bolts yet. B.) Attach the upper end of Left Support (#50) to the Upr ight Beam.
STEP 7 (See Diagram 7) A.) Attach the Front Vertical Frame (#54) to the Rear Stabilizer (#53). Secure it wi th two M10 x 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #88) and ∅ ¾” W ashers (#42). Do not tig hten all the nuts and bolts yet. B.) Attach the Cross Br ace (#48) to the Left & Rig ht Supports (#50 & 51).
STEP 8 (See Diagram 8) A.) Slide the Sl iding W eight Post (#56) onto the Rear Vert ical Frame ( #52). Slide the Sl iding Pulley Bracket (#57) onto the Fr ont Vertical Frame (#54). U se a Lock Knob (#23) to hol d the Sliding Pu lley Bracket in p osition.

STEP 9 (See Diagram 9 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 100” Upper Cable (#68) to the opening on the front U pper Frame (#55) . Make sure the ball stopper of the Cable is under the Fr ame.
STEP 10 (See Diagram10 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 268” Lower Cabl e (#69) to the Sli ding Pull ey Bracket ( #57). Attach two Small Pulley s (#71) to the Brackets. Secure them w ith two M10 x 1 ¾ ” Allen Bolts (#86), four ∅ ¾” W ashers (#42), and tw o M10 Aircraft Nuts (#44).
