A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram1) A.) Attach the Fro n t S tabilizer (#2) to the Ma in Fra me (#1 ). Se cu re it with two M10 x 3” Carri age Bolts ( #15), ∅ 1” Bent W ashers (#16), and M10 Acorn N uts (#17).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Note: In able to hol d the Handlebar Post ( #4) while connecting the cables and w ires, extra hel p may be needed. Attach the H andlebar Post (#4) to the Main Frame ( #1).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Seat Support ( #9) to the Seat Post (#8). Secur e it w ith two M 8 x 2 ¾” Hex Bolts (#21), four Ø 5/8” W ashers (#20), and tw o M8 Aircraft Nuts (#22).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Seat ( #13) onto the Seat Support ( #9). Secure it w ith four M8 x 5/8” Allen Bol ts (#18). B.) Attach the Backr est Board (#14) to the Seat Suppor t.
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Thread the Left Pedal (#11) Counter clockw ise into the Left Crank. Thread the Right Pedal (#12) Cl ockwi se into the Crank on the other side.
