A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram1) A.) Attach the Front Stabiliz er (#10) to the Main Frame (#9).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) C onnect the Upper Tension Connector (#6) from the Computer Post (#4) to the Low er Tension Connector (#7) from the Main Frame ( #9). Slide the cabl e wi re from the Upper Tension Connector (#6) in betw een the opening on the wi re holder on the Lower Connector (#7) .
HOW TO CONNECT TENSION CONNECTOR Slide the Cabl e wi re from the Upper Tension Connector i n between the openi ng on the wi re holder on the Low er Tension Connector. Pull the Upper Tension Connector upw ard and slide the w ire through the slot on the bracket.
A.) Attach the Seat Suppor t (#28) to the Seat Post ( #16). Secure it w ith five M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #20) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#21). B.) Attach the H andlebar (#25) to the Seat Support (#28) . Secure it w ith two M8 x 2 ¾ ” Hex Bol ts (#26), four ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#21) and tw o M8 Ny lon Nuts (#27) .
A.) Attach the Backr est Board (#29) to the Seat Suppor t (#28). Secure it wi th four M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #20). B.) Pl ace the Seat Pad (#30) onto the Seat Support ( #28). Secure it with tw o M8 x 5/8” All en Bolts (#20). C.) Thread the Left & Right Pedals ( #14) & (#15) onto the C rank (#32) .

Maintenance and Storage 1. Inspect and tighten all parts each t ime y ou use the bike. Replace any worn parts immediately. 2. The bike can be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild non-abrasive detergent. Do not use solv ents. 3. Store the bike IND OOR. Excess moisture and water w ould cause rust on the frame.
