A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram1) A.) Attach the Front Stabiliz er (#13) to the Main Frame (#1).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Insert the Ax le (# 4) i nto the Pivot on the M ain Frame (#1) . Attach the Left and Right Handlebars ( #2) & (#31) onto the Ax le from both sides. Secure the Axle w ith two ∅ 7/8” W ashers (#7) and M8 Ny lon Nuts (#8) .
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Insert a Bushing (#28) into the hole on the Connecting Rod (#25). Attach the R od to the Crank and ali gn the hole. Attach a Spacer (#29) to the Bushing . T hen thread the Left Pedal (#26) throug h the Rod into the Cr ank. Secure the Pedal w ith a ∅ 1/2” Nyl on Nut (#27).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Seat (#18) to the Seat Post ( #19). Secure it w ith three Flat W ashers (#20), Spring W ashers (#21) and M8 N yl on Nuts (#22). B.) Insert the Seat Post (#19) into the opening on the Main Frame ( #1). Select the Seat heig ht and secure it w ith a Lock Knob (#17) .
