A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine to be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Slide tw o Ø2 ½” Round Rubber Bumpers ( #43) onto the Guide Rods ( #7).
7 STEP 2 (See Diagram 2).
A.) Sl ide 9 W eight Plates (#37) onto the Gui de Rods (#7). Al ign the hol es on the W eight Plates. Insert a Selector R od (#21) throug h the center hole. Slide the Selector Stem ( #36) onto the Guide Rods. B.) Attach the hol es on the Upper Frame ( #6) onto the Guide R ods.
A.) Attach the Seat Handle (#85) to the Seat Support (#10). Secur e it w ith tw o M10 x 2 ¾ ” Carri age Bolts (#62) , four Ø ¾” W ashers (#77), and tw o M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#81). B.) Place the Seat (#55) onto the Seat Suppor t (#10). Secure i t wi th two M 8 x 1 5/8” Al len Bolts (#69) and Ø 5/8” W ashers (#78).
A.) Attach the Fr ont Press Base (#3) to the U pper Frame (#6) . Secure it with one Ax le (#24), tw o Spacers (#79), and tw o M10 Aircraft Nuts (#81). D o not over ti ghten the Nuts. B.) Inser t the axl e on the Right Butter fly (#4) through the hol e on the Front Press Base from the bottom.

STEP 5 (See Diagram 5 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 144” Upper C able (#57) to the front openi ng on the Upper Frame (#6). NOTE: The Ball Stopper on the Cabl e needs to be underneath the Frame.

STEP 6 (See Diagram 6 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach one end of the 108” Butter fly Cabl e (#58) to the hook on the Ri ght Butterfly (#4). D raw the Cable tow ards the rig ht open Swivel Pul ley Br acket (#17). B.) Attach a Pul ley ( #41) to the bracket.
STEP 7 (See Diagram 7 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 144” Low er Cable (#59) to the openi ng on the bottom of the Leg Devel oper (#9). B.) Attach a Pulley (#41) to the opening. Secure i t wi th one M10 x 2 ½” All en Bolt (#64), tw o ∅ 7/8” Pulley Bushing s (#35), and one M 10 Aircr aft Nut (#81).
