A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Rig ht and Left Upright Beams ( #1 & 2) by a Cross Brace ( #3) in the mid- span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the M ain Seat Support (#6) to the Cross Brace ( #3). Secure it w ith a Bracket (#17), tw o M10 x 2 ¾” Car riag e Bolts (#37), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#45), and tw o M10 Aircraft Nuts (#43) . B.) Attach the Fr ont Support (#8) to the Main Seat Support (#6) .
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#10) to the open bracket on the Front Support ( #8). Secure it w ith an Axle (#44), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#45), and tw o M10 x ¾” All en Bolts (#39). B.) Inser t one Foam Tube (#16) halfw ay thr ough the hole on the Front Suppor t (#8).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the hol e-side of the Backrest Supports ( #7) to both ends of the pivot on the Main Seat Support ( #6). Secure it w ith one M12 x 7 ¼” Hex Bolt (#38) and M 12 Aircraft Nut (#42) . Place the other end of Backrest Supports rest ag ainst the Backrest Adjustment Bar.
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Insert a M12 x 6 ¼” Hex Bol t (#54) throug h the Right Butterfly ( #12). Secure the Bol t with a M 12 Regular Nut (#53) . Insert the Bolt throug h the hole on the Right Upri ght Beam (#1) and secure i t wi th a M12 Lock Knob (#49).
