A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required to A ssemble the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine to be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Rear Uprig h t Beams (#1) by a Cross Br ace (#5) in the mi d-span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Seat Br acket (#4) to the shor t pivot tube on the M ain Seat Support (#3) . Secure it w ith one M10 x 4 ¾” Al len Bolt (#39) and M10 Aircraft Nut (#42). Place the Seat Pad (#16) onto the Seat Bracket (#4). Secure it with four M6 x 5/8” Philips Head Screw s (#38) and ∅ ½” W ashers (#44).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Insert the Leg Developer Holder (#9) into the top opening on the Front Stabiliz er (#2). Secure it w ith a Lock Knob (#33). B.) Attach the Leg Developer (#10) to the bracket on the Leg Dev eloper Holder (#9) . Secure it w ith an Axl e (#18), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#43), and tw o M10 x 5/8” Allen Bolt s (#40).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Arm Cur l Pad (#47) to the Ar m Curl Stand ( #48). Secure it with tw o M8 x 5/8” Allen Bol ts (#46) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#45). B.) For Arm Cur l exer cise, remov e Leg Developer and i nsert the Arm C url Stand into the opening on top of Front Stabilizer.
