A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Attach the Main Fram e (#32) to the Rear Floor Stabilizer (#33).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Seat Bracket (#36) to the pivot on the M ain Frame (#32) . Attach the two Backrest Supports (#38) to the Seat Bracket. Alig n the holes and secure them together with one M 12 x 8 ½” Allen Bol t (#89), tw o Ø 1” W ashers (#81), and one M12 Air craft Nut (#83).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Place the Backrest Board (#45) onto the tw o Backrest Supports (#38). Secure it w ith four M8 x 1 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #99) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#79). B.) Place the Seat (#44) onto the Seat Bracket (#36). Secur e it w ith four M8 x 1 5/8” Allen Bolts (#99) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#79).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Do not tighten the Nuts and Bolts until i nstructed to do so. B.) Attach the Right Support (#3) to an Uprig h t Beam (#1). Secure it wi th one M10 x 3 ½” Carri age Bolt ( #86), ∅ ¾” W a sher (#80) and M10 Aircr aft Nut (#82).
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Rear Verti cal Frame ( #6) onto the Rear Base ( #16). Secure it w ith two M10 x 2 ¾” Car riag e Bolts (#85) from the bottom, two ∅ ¾” W ashers (#80) and tw o M10 Aircraft Nuts (#82) on the top. Sl ide the Sliding W eight Post (#11) onto the Rear Vertical Fr ame from the top.

STEP 6 (See Diagram 6) A.) Attach a Pulley (#58) to the front openi ng on the Upper Frame (#10). Attach the 133” Upper Cabl e (#29) to the Pull ey. Secur e the Pulley wi th one M10 x 2 ½” All en Bolt (#93), tw o Ø 1” x 5/8” Pulley Bushings (#77), and one M10 Ai rcraft Nut (#82) .

STEP 7 (See Diagram 7 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 241” High/Low Cable ( #31) to the Sliding Pulley Bracket (#17) . Attach two Smal l Pulley s (#59) to the Sl iding Pul ley Br acket. Secure each Small Pul ley w ith one M10 X 1 ¾” Allen Bolt ( #94), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#80), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#82).

STEP 8 (See Diagram 8) A.) Insert the Left & Right Bar Catches (#12 & #13), Left & Rig ht Saf ety Catches (#14 & #15) to the selected holes on the Upri ght Beams. B.) Attach two Oly mpic Sleeves (#52) to the Sli ding W eight Post (#11).
