A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required for A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches, two Allen Wrenches, and one Philips Screw driver. NOTE: It is strongly recommended that this machine to be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible injury .

STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Sl ide tw o Ø 2 ½” x 1” Rubber Bumpers (#65) onto the Gui de Rods (#18). Attach the two Guide R ods onto the W eight Stack Frame (#17). Secure the bottom of Guide Rods w ith tw o M10x 1” Allen Bol ts (#82) and tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#91).

STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Do not tighten Nuts and Bolts until instructed to do so. B.) Attach the Low er Cross Brace (#16) to the W e ight Stack Frame (#17). Secure them w ith two M10 x 3 1/8” Carri age Bolts ( #72), one 5 1/8” x 1 5/8” Bracket (#58), two Ø ¾ ” W ashers (#91), and two M 10 Aircraft Nuts ( #94).

STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Rig ht & Lef t Seat Swiv el Frame (#13) & (#14) to M ain Base Frame (#1) from each side. Secure them together wi th one M12 x 7 7/8” Allen Bol t (#74), tw o Ø 1” W asher (#90), and one M12 Airc raft Nut (#93).

STEP 5 (See Diagram 5 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 205” Upper C able (#35) to the openi ng at the front of the Upper Frame (#5). Note: The Ball Stopper on the cable need to be underneath the Frame. B.) Attach a Pulley (#51) to the opening .

STEP 6 (See Diagram 6 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 118” Low er Cable ( #36) to the opening on the bottom of the Leg Devel oper (#10) . B.) Attach a Pulley (#51) to the opening . Secure it with one M10 x 3 3/8” Allen Bolt (#78), tw o Ø ¾” (#91), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#94).

STEP 7 (See Diagram 7) A.) Attach the Fr ont W e ight Stack Cover (#29) to the W e ight Stack Frame (#17). Secure it with six M6 x 2 ½” Philips Screws (#89) and six Cov e r Spacers (#54). B.) R epeat the Procedure A to instal l the Rear W eight Stack Cov er (#30) to the other side.
STEP 8 (See Diagram 8) A.) Attach the Backr est Board (#34) to Fr ont Vertical Frame (#2). Secur e it wi th two M 8 x 2 1/8” Allen Bol ts (#85) and tw o Ø 5/8” W ashers (#92). B.) Attach the Seat Pad to Seat Suppor t (#11). Secur e it wi th two M 8 x 2 1/8” Al len Bolts (#85) and tw o Ø 5/8” W ashers (#92).

STEP 9 (See Diagram 9) A.) Attach the Fr ont Press (#6) to the Fr ont Press Base (#5). Secur e it w ith one 8 ¾” Long Axle ( #57), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#91), and tw o M10 Aircr a f t Nuts (#94). Do not ov er tighten the N uts. Make sure the Front Press is able to swivel smoothly .
