A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required to A ssemble the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine to be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Left and Right U pright Beams ( #1) & (#2) by a Cr oss Brace (#4) i n the mid- span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the back of Main Seat Suppor t (#3) to the Cr oss Brace (#4). Secur e it w ith one Bracket (#23), tw o M10 x 2 ¾” C arriag e Bolts (#41), two ∅ ¾” W ashers (#50), and M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#49). B.) Attach the Front Stabiliz er (#6) to the front of the Main Seat Support (#3).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#5) to the bracket on the Front Stabilizer (#6). Secure it w ith an Axle ( #43), tw o ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#51), and M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #44). B.) Attach the H andle Bracket (#10) to the Leg Dev eloper (#5).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Seat Br acket (#18) to the short pi vot on the M ain Seat Support (#3). Secur e it with a M10 x 4 ¾ ” Allen Bolt (#42) and M 10 Aircr aft Nut (#49). Attach the Seat Support Bar (#9) to the pivot on the Seat Br acket (#18).
