A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the two Rear U pright Beams ( #1) by a Cross Brace ( #2) in the mid- span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Front Stabiliz er (#6) to the Main Seat Support (#5). Secure it wi th three M10 x 2 ¾” Car riag e Bolts (#37), ؾ ” W ashers (#43), and M10 Airc raft Nuts (#46). B.) Attach the M ain Seat Support (#5) to the Cross Brace.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the si de-holes on the Backrest Suppor ts (#8) to the long pivot on the Main Seat Support. Place the Backrest Boar d (#11) onto the Backrest Suppor ts. Secure it w ith f our M6 x 1 3/8” Hex Bol ts (#41) and Ø ½” W a shers (#45).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#15) to the Front Stabiliz er (#6). Secure it with one Axle (#19), tw o M10 x 5/8” Allen Bolt s (#39), and tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#43). B.) Insert one Foam Tube (#18) half way through the hole on the Front Stabiliz er.
