HARDWARE PACK 3.
A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Attach two Ø 2 3/8” End Caps (#20) to the bottom of two Upri ght Beams (#1 & #2) .
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach a Ø 2 3/8” End Cap (#20) to the bottom of the Leg Dev eloper Holder (#8) . B.) Attach the Leg Developer Holder to the front of the Main Seat Suppor t (#6). Secure i t wi th three M8 x 5/8” Allen Bol ts (#38) and Ø 5/8” W a shers (#33).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Leg Dev eloper (#9) to the Leg Dev eloper Holder (#8) . Secure it w ith one M8 x 3 1/8” Allen Bol t (#37), tw o ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#33), and one M8 Aircr aft Nut (#34).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the hole-side of the Backrest Supports (#12) to the pi vot on the Mai n Seat Support (#6). Place the other end of Backrest Supports rest agai nst the Backrest Adjustment Bar (#5). Place the Backr est Board (#15) onto the Backr est Supports.
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Arm Curl Pad (#17) to the Arm Curl Stand (#11). Secure i t wi th two M 8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #38) and Ø 5/8” W ashers (#33). B.) Insert the Arm Curl Stand i nto the opening on top of the Leg D eveloper Holder.
