A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION STEP 1 (See Diagram1) A.) Place the Stepper on flat surface. Lift up both Foot Pedals (#7). B.) Insert the Pulley Bracket (#6) into the front opening on the M ain Frame (#1) . C.) Route the Cable ( #8) around the Pull ey ( #9). Make sure the C able is “ inside” the grov e of the Pulley.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Install tw o 1.5v AA batteries into the C omputer. B.) Connect the C omputer Sensor W ire (#18) from the Main Fr ame to the wire on the Computer (#13) .

COMPUTER Press “MOD E” key to scan Time, Speed, D istance, and Calor ies. The display mode will chang e every four seconds automatically. DISPLA Y: Strides/Min. Display number of strides per minute. Count Display counts of strides. Time Display the elapsed time (Minute : Second).

Fast enoug h to reach and stay in i ts “targ et zone”, a r ange of beats per minute that is l argel y deter mined by our age and physical condition. Side stretches Open your ar ms to the side and continue li fting them until they are over your head. Reach your rig ht arm as far upw ard toward the ceiling as you can for one count. Feel the stretch up your r ight si de. Repeat this action w ith your left arm.
Calf/A chilles stretch Lean against a w all with y our left leg in front of the rig ht and your ar ms forwar d. Keep your right l eg strai ght and the left foot on the floor. Then bend the left leg and lean forw ard by moving your hips tow ard the wal l.
