A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required for A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended that this machine be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.

STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Upper Frame ( #1) onto the two Gui de Rods (#16) . Secure it w ith two M10 x ¾” All en Bolts (#78) and ∅ ¾ ” W ashers (#92). DO NOT tighten the Bolt s yet. B.) Place the Upper Frame ( #1) onto the Vertical Frame (#4) .
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Front Press Base (#2) to the Upper Frame ( #1). Secure it w ith one 6 ¾” Front Pr ess Base Axle ( #29), tw o Ø 1 ¼” W ashers (#59), and tw o M10 Aircraft Nuts (#91) . B.) Attach the Front Press (#3) to the Front Press Base (#2) .

STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Seat (#32) to the Seat Post (#6) . Secure it w ith tw o M8 x 1 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #86) and Ø 5/8” W ashers (#88). B.) Insert the Seat Post into the opening on the Seat Support Frame (#7) . T hread the Lock Knob (#40) into the hol e on the Seat Support Frame to lock the Seat at sel ected height.
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Slide the Rig ht Butterf ly (#10) onto the ri ght ax le on the Butterfly Base (#13). B.) Insert the Butterfly H andle (#9) into the piv ot on the Right Butter fly. Secure i t wi th one M10 x ¾ ” Allen Bolt (#78) and ∅ 1 ¼ ” W asher (#59) from the bottom.

STEP 6 (See Diagram 6 & Upper Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 165” Upper C able (#33) to the openi ng on the front of Upper Frame ( #1). Make sure the ball stopper is underneath the Frame.

STEP 7 (See Diagram 7 & Low er Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 164” Low er Cable (#35) to the opening on the Leg Developer (#8). Attach a Pulley (#47) to the opening . Secure it with one M10 x 2 ½” Allen Bolt ( #84), tw o ∅ 7/8” Leg D eveloper Pulley Bushings (#52), and one M10 Ai rcraft Nut (#91) .

STEP 8 (See Diagram 8 & Butterfly Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Clip one end of the 98” Butterf ly Cable (#34) to the open slot on the Right Butterfly (#10). B.) Draw the Cable to the open bracket on the r ight si de of the Vertical Frame ( #4). Attach a Small Pull ey (#73) to the bracket C.

STEP 9 (See Diagram 9) A.) Connect the Lat Bar ( #24) to the Upper C able (#33) with tw o Hooks (#37) and one Chain (#36). B.) Connect the Abdominal Strap (#70) to the Low er Cable (#35) w ith a Hook. C.) Connect the Shi ver Bar (#19) to the Low er Cable wi th two H ooks and a Chain.
Step 10 (See Diagram 10) A.) Attach the two W eight Stack Cov ers (#74) w ith four 3” Sleeve (#94) to the Upper Frame (#1) and Rear Stabilizer (#15).
