A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches, two Allen Wrenches, and one Philips Screw driver. NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine to be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inju ry .
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Sl ide the 14 W eight Plates (#29) onto the Gui de Rods (#20). M ake sure the gr oove on the Plate all need to face up and tow ard front of the machine. Align the hol es of the W eight Plates. Insert the Selector Rod (#13) thr ough the center hol e.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Front Press Base (#11) to the Upper Frame ( #4). Secure it w ith one Long Axle (#43), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#80), and tw o M10 Airc raft Nuts (#82). B.) Attach the Right Butter fly (#6) to the Front Press Base. Secure i t wi th one M6 x 1 3/8” Allen Bolt (#75), Lock R ing (#37) , and M6 Airc raft Nut (#83).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the M ain Seat Support (#1) to the Front Vertic al Frame (#3) . Secure it w ith two M10 x 3 ½” Car riag e Bolts (#76), one 4 ¾ ” x 2” Bracket (#24) , two ∅ ¾ ” W ashers (#80), and two M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#82).

STEP 5 (See Diagram 5 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 134” Upper C able (#31) to the open br acket under the front of the Upper Frame ( #4). Note: The Ball Stopper on the cable should be underneath the Frame. B.) Attach a Pulley (#60) to the open bracket.

STEP 6 (See Diagram 6 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach one end of the 119” Butterfly Cabl e (#33) to the hook on the Ri ght Butterfly (#6). B.) Draw the Cable to the right Sw ivel Pulley Bracket (#18).
STEP 7 (See Diagram 7 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 129” Lower C able (#32) to the open br acket on the bottom of the Leg Devel oper (#7). B.) Attach a Pulley to the bracket. Secur e it w ith one M10 x 1 ¾” Al len Bolt (#69) , two Ø ¾” W ashers (#80), and one M10 Air craf t Nut (#82).

STEP 8 (See Diagram 8) A.) Attach a Shor t Chain (#46) to the Upper C able (#31) by using a C-clip ( #50). Attach the Lat Bar (#14) to the C hain by usi ng another C -clip. Adj ust the length of the Chain to obtain desired Lat Bar exerci se. B.) Attach a Long Chain (#45) to the Lower Cable (#32) by usi ng a C-cl ip (#50).
