A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required For A ssembling the Machine: Tw o A djustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended for tw o or more people to assemble this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A .) Do not tighten Nuts and Bolts until instructed to do so.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Place the Rig ht Backrest Support (#6) onto the R ight Support Frame ( #4). Secure it w ith two M 10 x 4 ¾” Al len Bolts (#23), one 3” x 2” Bracket (#13) , two Ø ¾” W ashers (#29), and two M 10 Aircraft Nuts (#32).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Foot Plate (#10) onto the C ross Brace (#3). Secure i t with three M 10 x 2 ¾” Carri age Bolts (#26), thr ee Ø ¾” W ashers (#29), and three M10 Ai rcraft Nuts (#32). B.) Insert tw o W eight Posts (#15) i nto Right & Left Uprig ht Beams (#1) & (#2).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Backrest Board (#33) onto the Right & Left Backrest Support (#6) & (#7). Secure it w ith four M8 x 2 3/8” Allen Bolts (#25) and four Ø 5/8” W ashers (#30). B.) Attach one Bar Catch (#14) to the Right Upr ight Beam (#1).
