A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools required assembling the machine: Two Adjustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches STEP 1 (SEE Diagram 1) A.) Connect the tw o Rear Upri ght Beams (#1) by a Cross Brace (#15) in the Mid-span.
STEP 2 (SEE DIA GRA M 2) A.) Connect the Front Stabilizer (#42) to the Main Seat Support (#52) and secure them w ith two M 10 x ¾” H ex Bolts (#46), four ∅ ¾ ” W a shers (#3), and two M10 Ai rcraft Nuts (#4). DO NOT tighten the nuts and bol ts yet.
STEP 3 (SEE DIA GRA M 3) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#38) to the bracket on the Front Stabiliz er (#42). Secure it with a Socket ax le (#44) and Socket Scr ew (#45). D o not over tig hten the Screw. Make sure the Leg Dev eloper is abl e to swiv el. B.
STEP 4 (SEE DIA GRA M 4) A.) Attach the Backrest Supports ( #16) onto both ends of the Pivot on the Main Seat Support (#52). Pl ace the other end rest against the Backr est Adjustment Bar (#10). B.) Place the Backrest Boar d (#18) onto the Backrest Supports.
STEP 5 (SEE Diagram 5) A.) Attach the ball end of the Cable to the Pul ley (#28) . Place the Pulley in the open slot on the Lat Bar Frame (#31) . Secure it wi th one M10 x 2 1/8” H ex Bolt (#32) , two Bushing s (#29), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#3), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#4).
