A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required for A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches, two Allen Wrenches, and one Philips Screw driver. NOTE: It is strongly recommended that this machine to be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible injury .

STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Sl ide 14 W eight Plates (#33) onto the Gui de Rods. Make sure the deep g roove on the W eig ht Plates all facing the front of the machine and downw ard. Insert the Selector Rod ( #28) throug h the center hole on the W eight Plates.

STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Seat Suppor t (#8) to the Ver tical Frame ( #4). Secure it w ith two M10 x 2 ½” Carri age Bolts ( #65), one 4 ¾” x 2” Bracket (#23), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#80), and tw o M10 Aircraft Nuts (#82) . Do not tighten the Nuts and Bolts y e t.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach tw o Ø 1” Bushing s (#44) to the holes on the U pper Frame ( #5). Attach the Front Press Base (#11) to the tw o Bushings. Secure it w ith one M12 x 4 1/8” All en Bolt (#68), tw o Ø 1” W ashers (#81), and one M12 Airc raft Nuts (#63).

STEP 5 (See Diagram 5 & Cable Loop Diagram) A. ) Attach the 153” Upper C able (#34) to the openi ng at the front of the Upper Frame (#5). Note: The Ball Stopper on the cable should be underneath the Frame. B.) Attach a Pulley (#47) to the opening.

STEP 6 (See Diagram 6 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach one end of the 125” Butter fly Cabl e (#35) to the hook on the Ri ght Butterfly (#13). B.) D raw the Cable to the ri ght Sw iv el Pulley Bracket (#16).

STEP 7 (See Diagram 7 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the 131” Low er Cable ( #36) to the opening on the bottom of the Leg Devel oper (#9). B.) Attach a Pulley to the opening. Secur e it wi th one M10 x 2 ½” All en Bolt (#74) , two Ø 7/8” x 5/8” Pulley Bushings (#43), and one M10 Ai rcraft Nut (#82) .
