A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Two Ad justable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or people assembling this machine to avoid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Attach the two Base Frames ( #65) together on a flat surface.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Lat Bar Fr ame Support (#66) onto the j oint of the two Base Frames ( #65). Align the hol es and secure them together wi th two M 10 x 3 ¾” Carri age Bolts ( #46), Ø ¾” W ashers (#39) and M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#51).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the 57” C able (#74) to a Pul ley ( #57). Attach the Pulley to the top opening on the Lat Bar Frame (#70) . Secure it w ith a M10 x 2 3/8” Al len Bolt (#48) , two Pul ley Bushi ngs (#59), and one M10 Ai rcraft Nut (#51) .
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Main Frame (# 1) onto the Front & Rea r S t a bilizers (#2 & #6). Secu re each e n d with tw o M10 x ¾” Allen Bolts ( #32) and Ø ¾” W ashers (#39).
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the tw o Backrest Supports (#3) to the piv ot on the Main Frame (#1) . Secure it w ith one M12 x 5 ¾ ” All en Bolt (#31), tw o Ø1” W ashers (#38), and one M 12 Aircr aft Nut (#36). Do not over tighten the nut and bolt.
STEP 6 (See Diagram 6) A.) Attach the Leg D eveloper (#5) to the open br acket on the Main Frame ( #1). Secure it with one Ax le ( #42), tw o M10 x 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #30), and tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#39). Do not over tighten the bolts. M ake sure the Leg D eveloper is able to sw iv el.
STEP 7 (See Diagram 7) A.) Attach the Arm Curl Pad (#13) to the Arm C url Stand (#7) . Secure it w ith tw o M8 x ¾” Al len Bolts (#33) and Ø 5/8” W ashers (#40). B.) Insert the Arm Cur l Stand into the front opening on the Main Frame. U se a Lock Knob (#16) to secure the Stand at desired hei ght.
