A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Adj ustable Wrench and A llen Wrench NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this equipment to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Pl ace the Cross Brace ( #1) in betw een the Lef t & Right Upr ight Beams ( #2 & #3).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach one Floor Stabiliz er (#4) in between the tw o Brackets (#5) to the Right Upright Beam (#3). B.) Secur e it w ith one M10 x 3” Allen Bolt (#15), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#14), and one M 10 Aircraft Nut ( #13). Repeat the same procedur e to install the other side.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Pl ace the Lower Dumbbell R ack (#6) onto the second lev el of dumbbell support on the Right and Left Upr ight Beams. B.) Secur e each end wi th two M 10 x 3” Al len Bolts (#15) , four Ø ¾” W ashers (#14), and tw o M10 Airc raft Nuts (#13).
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Pl ug four Base End Caps (#10) onto the base of Upright Beams ( #2 & #3) and Floor Stabilizers (#4). B.) Sl ide the Training Book (#9) onto the Book Rack ( #8). Attach the Rack to the back of the Uprig ht Beams. C.) Securely tighten all Nuts and Bolts prev iously installed.
