A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required for A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended that tw o or more people assemble this machine to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Do not tighten the Nuts and Bolts until instructed to do so.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Do not tighten Nuts and Bolts until instructed to do so. B.) Attach the rear of the Main Seat Support (#9) to the Rear Stabilizer (#11). Secure it w ith two M 10 x 2 ¾” Carriage Bolts ( #46) from bottom, one 4 3/8” x 1 ¾” Br acket (#28), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#54), and tw o M10 Aircr a f t Nuts (#56).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Do not tighten Nuts and Bolts until instructed to do so. B.) Ali gn the bracket on the Backr est Adjustment Support (#20) in betw een the two Backrest Supports (#25) . Secure it w ith f our M8 x 1 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #52), eig ht Ø 5/8” W ashers (#55), and four M8 Ai rcraft Nuts (#57) .
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#13) to the leg dev eloper holder on the Main Seat Suppor t (#9). Secure i t wi th one M10 x 3 ½ ” Allen Bolt (#48), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#54), and one M10 Aircr a f t Nut (#56). B.) Inser t two Foam Tubes (#14) half way through the hol es on the Leg Dev eloper.
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Ar m Curl Pad ( #19) to the Arm C url Bracket ( #16). Secure it w ith two M8 x 5/8” Allen Bol ts (#53) and Ø 5/8” W ashers (#55). B.) Inser t the Arm Cur l Stand into the top opening on the Leg Developer hol der.
