A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Adj ustable Wrench and A llen Wrench NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine to be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Attach a Floor Stabilizer (#6) and a Lower Pivot Bracket (#35) to the Base Frame (#3).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach a Support Frame (#2) to the Floor Stabilizer (#6). Secure it w ith one Bracket (#16), two M 12 x 4” C arriag e Bolts (#28), ∅ 1” W ashers (#29), and M12 Aircr aft Nuts (#30). B.) Inser t two Gui de Rods (#12) i nto the holes on top of the Base Frame (#3).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach the hor iz ontal beam on the Crossov er Frame (#1) to the top of the two Guide Rods (#12). N ote: Help of a second or third per son is a must!! Secure the Guide R ods with tw o M10 x 1” All en Bolts (#38) and ∅ ¾” W ashers (#32).
