A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Note: Do not tig hten the nuts and bolts until instr ucted to do so.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Sl ide both a Rubber Bumper (#26) and Safety Stop (#6) onto a Guide R od (#5). B.) Sl ide a Slidi ng Bar C atch (#8) onto the Guide R od. C.) Insert the botto m of the Guide Ro d into the rin g cap on the lef t Stab ilizer. Insert the top of Guide Rod into the ring cap on top of the left Upright Beam.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) N OTE: Help of another person is str ongly recommended fo r this step. Place the Lifting Sleev e (#10) in between the tw o Sliding Bar Catches ( #8). Alig n the holes and insert the W eight Bar (#9) into the Bar Catch from one end and thr ough the Lifting Sleev e to the other Bar Catch on the opposite end.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Plug four Stabilizer End Caps (#24) onto each end of the Front and Rear Stabilizers (#35 & #36). B.) Attach the Main Seat Support (#30) to the Rear & Front Stabiliz ers (#35 & #36).
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the si de-holes on the Backrest Suppor ts (#33) to the long pivot on the Main Seat Support (#30). Inser t one M10 x 7 ¼” Al len Bolt (#47) through the hol es and secure it w ith tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#14), and one M10 Air craf t Nut (#17).
STEP 6 (See Diagram 6) A.) Pl ace the Backrest Board (#32) onto the Backrest Supports. Secure i t wi th four M6 x 2 1/8” Hex Bolts (#50) and ؽ ” W ashers (#49). B.) Pl ace the Seat (#34) onto the Seat Incli ne Support. Secure it with four M 6 x 5/8” H ex Bolts (#53) and Ø ½ ” W ashers (#49).
