ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools required assembling the machine: Two Adjustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches STEP 1 (SEE Diagram 1) A.) Connect the tw o Rear Upr ight Beams ( #1) by a C ross Brace ( #59) in the Mi d-span.
STEP 2 (SEE DIA GRA M 2) A.) Connect the Front Stabilizer (#42) to the Main Seat Support (#52) and secure them w ith two M 10 x ¾” Hex Bol ts (#46), four ∅ ¾” W ashers (#3), and two M10 Ai rcraft Nuts (#4) . DO NOT tighten the nuts and bol ts yet.
STEP 3 (SEE DIA GRA M 3) A.) Attach a ∅ ¾” W a sher (#3) onto a M10 x 6 ¼ ” Hex Bolt (#54) . Insert the Bolt thr ough the Butterfly ( #17). Place a M10 R egular N ut (#57) onto the Bolt. Then inser t the Bolt through the hol e on the Rear Upr ight Beam ( #1).
STEP 4 (SEE DIA GRA M 4) A.) Attach the hole-si de of the Backrest Supports (#60) onto both ends of the Piv ot on the Main Seat Support ( #52). The other side rest ag ainst the Backrest Adjustment Bar (#10). B.) Place the Backrest Boar d (#18) onto the Backrest Suppor ts (#60).
STEP 5 (SEE Diagram 5) A.) Attach the ball end of the Cable to the Pul ley ( #28). Place the Pul ley i n the open slot on the Lat Bar Frame (#31) . Secure it w ith one M10 x 2 1/8” H ex Bolt ( #32), tw o Bushings (#29), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#3), and one M 10 Aircraft Nut (#4) .
STEP 6 (SEE Diagram 6) A.) To store the bench in a v ertical position, remov e the Arm C url and the Lat Bar Fr ame from the bench and place them onto the storage posts on the R ear Upri ght Beams. B.) Pull out the 3” Lock Pin (#58) on the M ain Seat Support to fold up the bench.
