ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools required assembling the machine: Two Adjustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches STEP 1 (SEE Diagram 1) A.) Connect the tw o Rear Upri ght Beams (#1) by a Cross Brace (#15) in the Mid-span.
STEP 2 (SEE DIA G RAM 2) A.) Connect the Front Stabilizer (#42) to the Main Seat Support (#52) and secure them w ith two M 10 x ¾” H ex Bolts (#46), four ∅ ¾ ” W a shers (#3), and two M10 Ai rcraft Nuts (#4). DO NOT tighten the nuts and bol ts yet.
STEP 3 (SEE DIA G RAM 3) A. ） Attach the Leg Dev eloper (#38) onto the bracket on the Front Stabilizer (#42). Secure it with a H ex Socket Axl e (#44) and Hex Socket Scr ew (#45). B.) Insert tw o Foam Roll Tubes (#39) halfway thr ough the hole on the Leg D eveloper (#38) .
STEP 4 (SEE DIA G RAM 4) A.) Attach the hole-si de of the Backrest Supports (#16) onto both ends of the Pivot on the Main Seat Support ( #52) and place the other side rest ag ainst the Backrest Adjustment Bar (#10). B.) Pl ace the Backr est Boar d (#18) onto the Backr est Suppor ts (#16) .
STEP 5 (SEE Diagram 5) A.) Attach the ball end of the Cable to the Pull ey (#28). Pl ace the Pulley in the open sl ot on the Lat Bar Frame (#31) . Secure it wi th one M10 x 2 1/8” H ex Bolt (#32) , two Bushing s (#29), tw o ∅ ¾” W ashers (#3), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#4).
STEP 6 (SEE Diagram 6) A.) To store the bench in a v ertical posi tion, remove the Ar m Curl and the Lat Bar Frame f rom the bench and place them onto the storag e posts on the Rear Uprig ht Beams. B.) Pull out the 3” Lock Pin (#8) on the Main Seat Support to fold up the bench.
