A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and One Philips Screwdriver. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Front Support ( #5) to the Main Seat Suppor t (#3).
A.) Pl ace the Cross Brace ( #2) in the mid- span of the two Upri ght Beams (#1) . B.) Secur e each end of the Cross Brace w ith tw o M8 x 2 ½ ” Hex Bolts (#20), one Br acket (#10), tw o Ø5/8” W ashers (#26), and two M 8 Aircr aft Nuts (#24). C.
A.) Attach the hol e-side of Backrest Supports ( #7) to the piv ot on the Main Seat Support (#3). Place the other end of Backrest Supports rest agai nst the Backrest Adjustment Bar (#11). B.) Pl ace the Backrest Board (#8) onto the Backrest Supports (#7) .
A.) Attach the Leg Dev eloper (#6) to the open bracket on the Front Suppor t (#5). Secure it w ith one M10 x 2 3/8” Hex Bolt (#21), ∅ ¾” W asher (#31), and M10 Aircraft Nut (#27) . B.) Insert tw o Foam T ubes (#13) halfw ay throug h the holes on the Leg Developer .
