A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Attach the Left & Rig ht Upright Beams (#1 & 2) onto the Low er Upright Beams ( #3).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Inser t the Main Support Fr ame (#5) into the Seat Support Frame (#6). Secur e them with tw o M8 x 2 1/8” Hex Bolts (#18), two Brackets ( #16), four Ø 5/8” W ashers (#24), and two M 8 Aircraft Nuts (#26) . B.) Attach the M ain Support Frame ( #5) to the Cross Br ace (#4).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Inser t the two U pper Backrest Supports ( #8) into tw o Lower Backrest Supports (#9). Secure them wi th two M 6 x 1 3/8” H ex Bolt s (#20), four Ø ½” W a shers (#25), and two M6 Ai rcraft Nuts (#28) .
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#29) to the Leg Dev eloper Holder (#7) . Secure it w ith one M10 x 2 1/8” Hex Bolt (#19), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#23), and one M 10 Aircr aft Nut (#27). Do not over tighten the Nut and Bol t. Make sure the Leg Devel oper is able to sw ivel.
