A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Left and Right Base Frame (#1 & #2) with the Stabiliz er (#3) in the mid-span.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach a D iagonal Support (#4) to the Low er Upright Beam ( #5) and the Rig ht Base Frame (#2). Secur e it to the Low er Upri ght Beam w ith tw o M10 x 3” Carr iage Bolt s (#20), Ø 1 ¼” Bent W ashers (#22), and M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#18).

STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the C hin-up Bar ( #10) to the top opening on the two U pper Upri ght Beams. Secure the Chin- up Bar to each opening with one M 8 x 1 5/8” Allen Bolt ( #27) and Ø ½” Bent W asher ( #34). Cov er each opening wi th an Uprig h t Beam End Cap (#30).
