6 LUBRICA TING THE W ALKING PLA TFORM Before the treadmill is used, the walking platform should be lubricated. Open the included lubricant packet. Reach under one side of the walking belt as f ar as you can, and apply half of the lubricant to the walking platform.
7 IN C LI NE A D JU ST M EN T T he incline of the treadmill can b e adjusted to any of three positions. Hold the front of the Frame (29), and r emove the two Pins (4). Raise or lower the Frame, align the holes in the Frame with one of the sets of holes in the Uprights (35, 36), and then re-insert the Pins.
