4 Assembly Assembling is easy . Assemble the unit according to the following procedur es. 1 Installing Front and Rear legs • Attach the front leg (with casters) under the main unit, and the rear leg under the seat base using two scre ws each, as illustrated.
5 Pr eparing for your exer cise Before starting the exer cise, you should adjust your seat height for comfortable operation. 1 Adjusting the level • T ur n the le vel adjuster at the bottom of the seat base , so the main frame pipe is supported securely .
6 Y our first ride T ry a ride so that you can familiarize with the unit. The target time period will be set at four minutes. T ake a position on the seat and attach the earlobe sensor . 1 Displaying the screen A press on the advance b utton will turn the unit on and the display will appear on the screen.
7 3 Changing the setting If you use this unit f or the first time , let's change the "T ar- get time" to 4 minutes with the age unchanged. (This describes the figures on this page.) Press the mode b utton to make "T arget time" blink.
