Open the ADF cover and ca refully remove any foam particles that may have gotten inside it. 3. Align the tabs on the Input tr ay with the slots inside the scanner and slide the tray down into place.

Appropriate format options and file types are available for the type of Destination Application selected for the button.

Choose the file type that you want for the text format. Y our selection of a file type pert ains only to the button currently selected on the One T ouch Properties window .

All document s are in the root —The scanned documents are saved in the root of the folder s pecified in the Storage Location.

Y o u can then work with the text and numbers to edit, spell ch eck, change font or type size, sort, calculate, and so forth.

The process is ideal for archiving documents without having to manually save or process them in any other way .

For example, one folder might be for “Business Receipts,” a second folder might be for “Personal Receipts,” and a third folder might be for “Annual Receipts.

Problems with documents feeding into the ADF is an indication that the pad is wearing thin. Y ou received a replacement pad in the original scanner box, and you can also order a new one.
